I'm  keen to see what adding this subwoofer will do for my system.  May even try 2 of these, to see if the improvements are consistent with John Hunter's descriptions.

Given the weight, I'd prefer to pick up.  So ideally, looking in the broad region Sydney- Wollongong- Newcastle.  However may consider wider catchment.

May I suggest that:

 

1. you 'stretch out' a bit with your price estimate, and

2. consider freight from elsewhere (despite ectra costs)

 

purely because of the demand for this model (in the REL 'sweet spot') and because this sub will rock your world comprehensively and there's no turning back!

 

In other words, do wot you have to do and get your hands on this ASAP 😀
