For sale: Primare I22 with DAC.

Primare I22 with installed DAC in excellent condition.

I have owned it since I purchased it new from Addicted to Audio on 17 May 2013 and am still listening to it as I type this ad. It has spent its whole life in a smoke and pet free environment. I have the original invoice and will provide it with the unit so its history can be verified.

As I listen to it now, it is connected to my Blu-ray disk player streaming Apple Music radio from an Apple TV driving a pair of Sonus Faber Amati Futura speakers. On occasion it still does DAC and amplifier duties for my TV [TOSlink DAC input] and my Arcam rDock-uni [SPDIF DAC input] for my iPod and iPad.

It's driving either my B&W PM-1 or Sonus Faber Amati Futura speakers, depending on which ones are connected. Despite the PM-1's being power hogs, the I22 is still able to drive them to levels that have had my neighbours knocking on my door, with headroom to spare...

I am happy to demo the unit at my apartment in Belconnen, please bring your CD's and DVD's to test with if you want. Playback will be using a Cambridge Audio Azure 752BD, or whichever disk player you might want to bring along. I have apple music, but my streaming setup is very basic and does not do my system justice. I will be happy to demo on both the Amati's and the PM-1's, or feel free to bring your own speakers if you want. I'm always eager to hear different speakers, DACs, or disk players.

If you are within 50km of Canberra I am happy to arrange a time and date to bring it to your place to demo in your system. All I ask is that you are a serious buyer.

I have a strong preference for a local sale and pick up so the buyer can see and operate the unit and be 100% sure they are happy the unit is in excellent working order as I am advertising it as.

I am willing to ship at the buyers expense, but I would prefer that you send a trusted person to demo the unit for you prior to shipping. There is a pack and send in Belconnen where I can drop it off for you:
