Purchased this on launch directly from JDS LABS. I've had absolutely no issues with it whatsoever. I would have kept it, but I'm keen on using PEQ on the Element IV and decided to upgrade. This is one of my favourite audio products from my favourite audio company.
I have zero regrets buying this DAC/amp, it is wonderful to use from the large volume knob, to the digital OLED display that remembers your previous volume level and settings.
You can switch over to powered speakers or a power amp at the press of a button, without having to remove the headphones (which happens on the Atom amp).
Really fantastic product, I hope you enjoy it as much as I have. I have used it only on weekends for a few hours each time.
