And the original Nordost Serial Number with the wooden block (before it was x’d) is ….

 

Neither of the connectors nor signature heatshrink are Nordost original. So it must have been cut more than a few times as one end or the other must be original if only cut once.

Sorry, just seen this. 
One side of the heat shrink is genuin, however the naming had rubber off over time. 
I can likely work out what serial number was in this cable but right now I’m not certain
