For Sale Denafrips Venus II Digital Analog Converter (DAC)

For sale is this Denafrips Venus II DAC. The only reason I'm selling is that I was recently able to secure the DAC of my dreams - making this superfluous to requirements. This is a very versatile DAC, able to play up to 1536 PCM and DSD1024 files. I've recently upgraded to HqPlayer and was able to push these higher sampled files through the unit and it sounded amazing. I previously had the Pontus and found the Venus to be a step up (as it should be - being the next model up).

The keen price reflects the fact this unit is 4 years old and I'm the second owner. I have the original receipt from Dacman, to verify it's not a grey import. The unit is as solid as a tank and working well. There are some minor scuff marks on the back. It has boxing and can be mailed. That said it's about 10kgs boxed, so local pick up would be great too. The unit does not come with a power cord (as is the case with all Denafrips DACs).
