This is another unit available which is part

of the stock I had for  sale at my previous vinyl records and music equipment shop in Adelaide.  The shop closed down approximately 6 months ago.

The Vector V turntables for sale are brand new and still in the original packaging.  They have never had any tonearm installed and have never been used.

The Vector V is the flagship and top turntable model in The Funk Firm turntable range. Although, recently an ‘SE’ version was made available with a tonearm installed as a package and is priced at over £7,000.  The ‘Vector’ part of the name refers to the Vector drive system, which uses two small idler pulleys in the belt path, in addition to the motor. The idea is to balance out the sideways pull from the belt so that the platter is less inclined to ‘precess’ around the spindle.

The Vector V turntables are factory-made ready for a Rega geometry type tonearm to be easily dropped in.  At the shop previously,  on several successful sale occasions, the Funk Vector V as installed, subjectively sounded better than my shop’s R P8 and the R P10 

The  unit would suit a buyer looking to buy new as they are in fact brand new in boxes.

They were selling for $4050 a unit at the shop.  And,  now are for sale at $1,800 each.
