As close to mint condition as you will find, serial number 23261 puts this as July 1970 production. I am the second owner having purchased this 10 years ago from the original owner who immigrated from UK to Australia in the mid seventies. Upon arrival in Australia this was put into storage for four decades (still had the UK plug when I got it). I had the unit serviced when I bought it with a full lube, adjustment, spring kit and new Exact Audio spindle bearing (original supplied). I have also added an Audiosilente idler wheel (original supplied and still in excellent condition). I used this on and off for 3 years then has sat unused since I moved house 7 years ago so time to pass it on. Condition is superb with barely a mark on it. Includes original owners manual, QC card, inspection report and mounting templates, all in mint condition, as is the original mat.
Comes mounted in a Martin Brenner Vinylista large plinth in European maple which has aged to a lovely honey shade. I ordered the large plinth with 9” Rega mount arm because I wanted the option of getting a 12” arm board later (and Martin suggested the extra mass of the larger board helped SQ). It would be quite easy to have a new board cut for a 12” arm. This has the sorbothane hemispheres on Delrin supports (as opposed to the earlier squash balls) and has a Corian arm mount with phenolic resin spacers to set arm height. There is one tiny scratch on the front edge of the plinth visible in the photos. 
Also comes with the Audiomods tone arm which is fitted with an Incognito Cardas Litz lead, which is a continuous loom from headshell to RCAs with a shielded star earthed faraday cage in the arm pillar. Includes extra lead counterweight shims for heavier cartridges. The arm is VTA adjustable via a thumb screw on the collar.
