My DIY compact floorstanders using Peerless 6" woofers and Castle (UK) soft dome tweeters.
Price is pretty much materials only.
Cabinets (sealed) are my usual rough finish, but solid MDF - enough to give good vibe-free performance. Stained timber top plate and plinth.
Dimensions: 85 x 20 x 24cm (HWD) plus a bit for plinths: 29 x 25cm
Proper three way binding posts. Crossovers simple first order, work well.
Easy to drive off most common amps. 4ohm at rest.
