EXPIRED For Sale Sansui 300E Receiver

1970's era Sansui FM/AM Solid State Receiver 300E. I don't believe it has ever been reconditioned so expect original components. It is in working condition but is not without flaws ... L/R balance is slightly off, some noise when adjusting volume and most importantly it has some palpable voltage coming off it when plugged it. If you touch the body you'll get a non-trivial but also non-lethal shock. It's not gounded and does have a ground-out on the rear (see photo). However when setup and playing it does sound good to my ears. Bottom line for me is that it needs work and I have neither the time nor the inclination to take it to a specialist. The price is a best-guess for me. 

Pick-up in Brisbane as per the listing but I guess if someone really wanted it I could try and pack it up for shipping. I don't have an estimate and I guess it wouldn't be cheap.
