I will likely be selling a pair of Burson 3x GT Monoblocks shortly (these are switchable between 30W Class A and 180W class A/B).

 

You would need a preamp, but these would be well in your indicated price range.  They include upgraded power modules and the latest Op amps.

 

Just an option, as there are lots of great choices out there.
