=====================================

Due to redesigning the home theatre system, all my ethernet cables can be connected to the main switch with an external clock, so I no longer need this anymore.

And it's been sitting there for a while, so now it's decided to go half-price.

Biggest difference between Gen 1 and 2 is the Lan (  4x1000+4x100 VS 6x1000+2x100), other than that, I only noticed they change 2 caps in the power circuit/board.

Performance-wise, with the clock, there is more separation and a richer and more precise tone. Also, the background is noticeably darker.

Other Cap & Cable Upgrade:

1. Replace capacitors with Audio Grade Frolyt audiophile capacitors (Made in Germany).

2. Replaced internal power cable to Duelund Cables.

3. AfterDark. Carbon fibre AudiophileMAT protection layer.

4. 3M EMI shielding for each LAN port, CPU, and memory.

Hello I am interested in purchasing this but I have one question. After the mod, the switch still works with just 12V dc input right? Do not need for additional power supply? Am I correct?
