I've enjoyed my time with this amplifier operating a pair of Vaf i66's in the main listening room. The audiolab 6000A is a simple to use device with digital, bluetooth and rca connectors. The amp functioned perfectly the entire time and does sound pretty fine.

Plenty of reviews laud up the unit which got me interested and the sound and aesthetic kept me happy even after the "new toy" bug bit me yet again, but space is a premium at my place, so something has to go.

Full disclosure - I could only make the remote turn the amp on/off and adjust volume, but not source select nor operate the menu, those operations all worked perfectly from the unit itself.

You're welcome to audition the unit, which comes with original remote and power cable, but no box. I purchased this item through the sna classifieds from Len Wallis in december 2023, it was listed as a trade in item.

If high quality, simplicity and set and forget functionality is what you're looking for, this amp could be for you.
