    The 2 twisted together, I don’t seem to be western electric to me also? why would You strip of the coated cloth oil?

    The thing I don’t get is, if he used the western electric 22gauge out of the larger pack, why would you strip down each wire to its copper removing its impregnate cloth oil?? Defeat the purpose to me?
