  10. Further information: Fully functional centre speaker. Unfortunately I don't have the box, but I do have the packing as in the picture. I prefer local pickup because of this. Comes with grille. Sorry for the upside down images. It automatically uploads them that way.
  11. I'd say it is just break in. Nothing else has changed.
  12. I need to clarify that the system is running well now. The panels have had a major improvement and the z11 is running them well in as much as I can tell without a comparison amp. The LRS are making fine music. Thanks again to everyone who commented and have a merry Xmas.
  13. Thanks everyone.I may have to look for some 2nd hand monoblocks that fit the bill.
  14. Hi fellow SNA members. I have a new pair of LRS (4 days old) and run them on a Yamaha rxz11 ( 280 w@ 4ohm) but they seem very flat in their dynamics. I have tried various positions in the room but to no avail. They sound lifeless compared to my old 1.6 Maggie's and nad c272 power amp. I know the 1.6 has bigger panels but even so I am not impressed thus far. I have a large room but it's not a sound volume problem for me. It's the lack of dynamics in soundtracks which as my son says makes movies sounds the same whether you are in An Action scene or not. I have the dynamics in the amp set to high. Any suggestions welcome.
  15. Further information: Relist. CM7 and CM centre made in England in good condition 7-8 out of 10. No major marks and are still a very attractive speaker that sounds great. These have the famous FST midrange driver and I have recently replaced both tweeters with genuine B&W units as the original units were damaged/ dented when I bought them. Grills are still like new and I also have the bungs and metal jumpers. I don't have the boxes for packing so local pickup is preferred. Here is a demo pair on eBay for sale for 2100 dollars just for the CM7 without the centre speaker. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/223963035302 Some reviews https://www.dagogo.com/bowers-wilkins-cm-7-floorstanding-speaker-review/ https://www.techradar.com/au/reviews/audio-visual/hi-fi-and-audio/hi-fi-and-av-speakers/b-ampw-cm7-98200/review#:~:text=The CM7 falls short of,and more costly speakers provide. http://www.theabsolutesound.com/articles/tas-196-bw-cm7-and-rega-rs5-loudspeakers-2/ http://www.hifi-review.com/151452-b-w-cm7.html Photos: PLEASE READ If you are advertising multiple items, you must post one bulk price only, or post seperate ads for each item If you include any reference to pricing whatsoever in this section (excluding RRP), your ad will not be approved If you don't include photographs of the actual item being sold, your ad will not be approved

  17. I heard these a couple of years ago on a big Nad receiver on VDH magnum cables and was impressed with how they sounded. I've just switched to VDH cleartrack and find the VDH sound complement my CM7. Glwts
