  1. Sorry @075Congo, they are AU plugs. Thanks, I have amended the listing
  2. Further Information: ExactPower EP15A 8-way Power Conditioner/Regenerator (AU Plugs) Besides power cables, this power conditioner helped my system the most. I’m just renovating a house and have put in a dedicated power line to my audio so won’t be using this. If that experiment doesn’t work, I’ll try to get another one.
  3. Sorry I didn’t click on your link to view your unit.
  4. Blustream is worth looking at. I’ve got this one: https://www.videopro.com.au/product/blustream-sw41ab-v2-4-way-4k-hdmi-2-0-hdcp-2-2-switch/?gclid=Cj0KCQjwyt-ZBhCNARIsAKH1177g-bgLWLdx_uGrWprfbdWs-2AKK0XsX9SCgDDE4zv37lm9cn2_RcMaAkjJEALw_wcB Build quality is excellent, quality of sound and picture is also, but I do have a slight issue with it. The issue is there is a loss of picture with audio continuing when you start a stream. (Few seconds) This also happens when you watch YouTube and it switches to and from an ad. This could just be my unit, I’ve been to lazy to get in touch with Blustream to find out. I just pause till the picture appears. So not a full recommendation, just an option.
  5. Hi all, I’m having to switch to in ceiling speakers for my projector viewing. I’ve got a 5.2m L x 3.7m W x 3.3m H lounge which is going to have an in ceiling tab tensioned projector screen. I don’t have enough room in between my Osborn Eclipse tower speakers so the screen is going to come down in front of the speakers. I can’t afford the $10K plus for an acoustically transparent tab tensioned screen so will need 2.0 system for now, later to be expanded to a 5.2 system. With house renovations I don’t have much of a budget ($1000 for a pair is going to be a stretch) but my thinking was to get a pair that would work in the interim as L/R speakers and when I upgrade maybe using them for my surrounds. With that in mind I guess I’d like to settle on a end point speaker that I could use as L/C/R and pick a decent surround speaker that would be good enough for the first stage. Any suggestions?
  6. Thank you everyone for all the info to consider. Apologies for not getting back here sooner, working and renovating makes for a long day.
  7. Thanks, will look into it. The floor is getting redone and will be insulated subfloor sheeting with hardwood polished floorboards.
  8. Hi knowledgeable people. I'm in the process of renovating a house in which the lounge room is the cinema/listening room. The walls will have sound proofing insolation. I'm wondering how a soundproofing plaster like Soundchek will help or hinder the listening in the room? Ideally, I hope to help lessening outside sound, (and minimising our high volume listening from the neighbors) but hoping it helps with room acoustics. Thanks
  9. Further information: FS: Oppo BDP-105D Blu-Ray Disc Player I bought this player as NEW unused in 2018 from Len Wallis Audio because it had been sitting on the lay-by shelf for ages and it fell through. I absolutely loved it and the only reason I am selling it is because I’ve gone 4K. Len Wallis Audio Said it has been modded for DVD’s but not BLU-RAY. I don’t remember playing DVD’s from other regions though. It comes in its original box, with remote and wireless USB adapter and generic power cord. My phone doesn’t take great low light photos so am happy to retake photos during the day for anyone interested. Thanks for looking.
  10. Just had a reply from Seymour AV. unfortunately they don’t do in ceiling screens.
  11. Hi, Does anyone have any good or bad experiences with in ceiling, tab tensioned acoustically transparent projector screens. Bit of a mouthful I know, but my searching skills have let me down and I can’t find much info on these. I would consider non tab tensioned versions as well, but I’m in a bit of a spot with my new house which has a lounge that’s 3.6m wide. I have to accommodate my Osborn Eclipse tower elite speakers and have room for a projector screen. So number one priority is acoustically transparent, followed by motorised. Thirdly, in ceiling and last but preferably the tab tensioned. I’d prefer a screen around 120” if possible for the space. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

  13. Further information: FS: Projector Stand (Converted Lectern) & HDMI cable’s I converted this antique lectern to a projector stand because I wanted to hide our projector. It suited our vintage furniture. It comes with 2 HDMI cables, one of is 15m long and a power cable. I drilled a hole through to the pipe within the stand and got the cables through. The internal dimensions of the stand are: 435mm (W) x 315mm (D) x 150mm (H)
  14. I think I have a couple of box sets of U.S. tv shows which I haven’t played in a decade but I can see if they work if you like.
  15. Hi, Yes have the original manual, but sorry don’t think I have any info on the mod. I will get the box down tomorrow to see if there’s any info on it.
