Very interesting comments by BASSET over on WHIRLPOOL and then read 2 comments by an owner of this TV TAXMAN 74. he gives a very well balanced opinion of the tv he bought and owns

your comments are noted BUT you are only going on supposition 2 people have bought 2 people have made favourable comments about the picture. I must be missing something here. the only 2 people that have bought and made comments. I have no doubt some will not like the quality as I did not with my first TV but please don't give it a ragging if you haven't seen it. you just add to the moronic comments(negative) made here. I note you are a respected COMMERCIAL RETAILER here, would you suggest one of your clients bag one of you're products without seeing it or hearing it, I think not.

Oh no another one who bought this TV gives another opinion on WHIRLPOOL . So two people that have bought this TV have given it a favourable plus mark.

Personally I would have hidden for a couple of weeks and slid back in when the forum members had forgotten how much of a fool I had made of myself. I would suggest you all (doubters) hop over to WHIRLPOOL and have a look at TAXMAN 74 as he has put an honest first appraisal of the TV we have been excitedly talking about for a few days now .I believe its under HOME THEATRE. And he has bought one so he can genuinely offer the first opinion.

Very interesting comment Mate, my sentiments exactly. the only reason I did not comment on the AV FORUM MOD's comment cause I thought if I do it will be shouted down as my comments were about OWEN and I did not want to comment further. but now you have started it I entirely agree with you're comments. Elitism at its best. a TV is a TV and this is a TV forum so any TV does apply i'm sorry.

Mate that wasn't an insult, don't get me started about insults. OWEN insults our intelligence by his BLAH BLAH AND BLAH. has not seen the TV but spouts his knowledge about bulldust. My perception of the guy he is an egotist full of hot air and less knowledge than first appears. All I ask is OWEN refrain from making comments he makes up, he is not the font of all knowledge on TV'S he hasn't seen touched, smelt, seen or listened too. Yes, newbees do come here for advice not over inflated EGO'S. By the way my home theatre is approx. $150,000 so I don,t need a lecture from an egotist to buy a TV.
