- Price: AUD $440
- Condition: Excellent
- State: (ACT) Australian Capital Territory/Australia
***FIRST AND ONLY PROCE DROP*** Same size as a pro max. Excellent condition with very minor screen scratches (minuscule ones you can’t feel and really need to look for). Minor bezel marks- also very small. More noticeable on camera area. With the case on (and really unless you’re looking, without the case) it presents as new. Overall very good condition and ready to run for years to come. Bought outright, so no region lock. You pay shipping, PayPal fees. -
Too scratchy

Movie Streaming Services
TheBlackDisc replied to JkSpinner's topic in Home Cinema General Discussion
I get you now. It’s pretty rare something isn’t available. Maybe once every 6 months I do actually rent from them (Apple TV links to the streaming services as to what’s available). YMMV depending on what you watch of course… -

Definitely opposite sides of the coin - I can’t imagine ‘owning’ a movie. Reminds me of my parents who have movies on the old discs. -

All of them (nearly) I believe: - netflix - stan - apple - paramount - binge - Amazon - Docplay Stan is going to drop off for awhile thigh. My system is that they are all hooked up to a card that never has money on it (deliberately), so I must manually choose to resub every month. -

All you MFs should bow down in worship. Where would you be if HM hadn’t discovered sunshine? I’ve been doing my monthly food prep, and after some glorious “helping”, she keeps coming into the kitchen to demand I come and view this astounding discovery…

I think at this level, for mobile view. It needs to be just the headings. By the time your scrolling, it’s just confusing. -

Classifieds 2.0 Beta Now Live
TheBlackDisc replied to StereoNET's topic in StereoNET News & Announcements
Sorry if this feedback is unwanted - but I don’t even look at the classifieds anymore. At least on phone (all I use for the internet nowadays) it’s too muddled and busy. Too many photos that my brain doesn’t know whether are the add above or below. It would be nice to be able to look at say “speakers” instead of having to look at bookshelves and floorstanders separately. -

@Tweaky Have you heard anything re: 240hz - particularly in larger sizes (85” +). -
I’m very familiar with the “you’re the dumbest piece of s*** I’ve ever seen” look… This was for failure to understand loud, repeated instructions on opening the can:

TEAC Product in Australia?
TheBlackDisc replied to John0001's topic in General Hi-Fi & Beginners Discussion
I had thought the rights to the name were purchased for Australia, as opposed to TEAC actually being here? -
Tossing bags from the kitchen during the unpacking of a a month’s worth of groceries created an impromptu fort/play area etc (loves paper bags) that I’ve now had for 2 days…
