I ordered $9000+ worth of equipment with them last December, they said amp was in back order for 4 weeks, I started chasing them 6 weeks after the order and they delivered most of what I ordered last week of March. I was expecting a center speaker to be delivered next week but now they are closed. I am about $1200 worse now. I have sent a request to my bank to reverse the charge. reading the forum it looks like it can take months to get the money back. paid using a platinum master credit card. even during December last year they had lot of equipment in sale when we were ordering our stuff there was another family giving an order for a whole gaming room setup worth $50000. thinking of people who paid large deposits to them. one of my friends are building a new home and I was going to send them to life style store for their home theatre. they had loyal and technically sound employees.

Hi, I need some advice on the placement of my surround speakers. My couch is against the wall and also edge to edge to the room walls. I have included a photo of it. I am setting up a 5.2.2 getting Klipsch RP502S II for the surround speakers. I have included a photo of my room. should I place the surround at the back wall? I already have a Yamaha MusicCast 20 there as a temporary setup. Should the klipsch exactly where the Yamaha is or should I place them where the red circles are? If I place the klipsch where the Yamaha is won’t the sound coming from one side drivers of the klipsch be too close to the side wall? or should the surround be on the side where the green circles are? I have a window on one side but I can put a plank or some thing there to mount the speaker there if it has to be on the side. please advise.
