I bet morrons out there would start on about ICE on drugs.. teh. Aniways i exercies and after exercies i mix this with cold water and mix it and drink it.. gives me more power and strenth for the next workout next day. cheersmalissa I take exception to that, I'm a blues supporter.......

Its a special HERBAL tea Organic from the super marketsweep And its a tea bag but makes the water in green creamy stuff abit like slimy cream but not too much... it has sugar to give taste.. takes fantastic very relaxing for me as we speak....... I wont say what it is and that follows with a very good drink from there too. I tell you that its been quite cold today and had alot of rain so we need heaps of rain indeed,. the grass over here is brown. malissa

It was deliciouse while now im having a relataxion and having green tea bushals.. with sugar in the jmix. It contains anti-oxidants. Green tea is the best in my opinion.
