Inspired by posts from Clive and S @evil c & @chalkie and the fact that I haven't spun this up for a while.

Beck - Sea Change. 33rpm 2LP 2012 US release on Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab label. Excellent album and one that MFSL certainly did a great job with.👍

John Foxx – Metamatic - 2014 RSD reissue and new mastering of the 1980 classic synth album. One of my fav albums of all time. This reissue sounds amazing and up their with the original UK release.

CHUCK MANGIONE   —   EYES OF THE VEILED TEMPTRESS   —   US COLUMBIA C•40984 ℗ 1988. Produced and arranged by Chuck and the legendary Thom Bell. Recorded and mixed at Sigma Sound Studios, Philadelphia PA.

This was one of the first studios in the United States to offer 24-track recording and the first studio anywhere to successfully employ console automation. In 2015 the Sigma building was officially dedicated as a historic site by the City of Philadelphia, and in 2020 it was listed on the Philadelphia Register of Historic Places, protecting it from demolition. This LP was pressed at the Columbia Records Pressing Plant, 5152 Columbia Drive, Carrollton, Georgia.

Visitors tonight, so been as busy as a one-legged bloke can be trying to help out and get in Mrs Tel's way until I get told to bugger off and go sit down... No time to play any vinyl.

Saw the pic below and it brought @April Snow to mind for some reason.
