Love - Revisited

Australian pressing, great compilation on gold Elektra label from 1970

I have the same pressing - found it at an antique store several years ago with the description on the price tag "80s pop". Some people have no idea and shouldn't be selling records but at least it was cheap

Hope that you found plenty more "80s pop" there as well then! 😀

The weird thing is I think that's the only record I've ever seen there with a description like that. It's not one I go into often though to be honest. I did find a copy of Relics with the Aussie coin cover for only $3 once amongst a lot of overpriced albums. Not sure how they priced it so cheap given the prices on everything else

My dear departed Dad was a clarinet player in the NZ Auckland Junior Symphony Orchestra and a Member of their music club.

I inherited this record as part of his record collection, and was impressed with the music and large soundstage / variety of instruments.

They should have put on a sticker saying  'Drummer with The Knack'

My September Rock Subscription (Iggy) from VMP arrived with about 7 other albums from them. Got to listen to 2 before having to go to work.

Iggy and The Stooges - Raw power, first time on Vinyl the Iggy mix instead of the original David Bowie mix.

Aretha Franklin - Aretha Now, Mono, 2 first songs Think and I say a Little Prayer, doesn't get much better.
