sounds fantastic !!

 

I really like this different direction they are taking on this album, some say it takes a while to get used to,  but I loved it from the moment I first heard it.

It is a re-vinyl (bio-vinyl) - I did have to turn it up slightly more than usual but had zero issues with the pressing, it sounds warm and detailed.

 

It is a beautiful reckid !

New arrival, Joe Jackson "Big World" NM German 1st pressing. 3 sided double LP. Fantastic mobile recording (live at New York's Roundabout Theatre before an audience that was asked to be totally quiet during the songs), direct to metal mastering by Bob Ludwig, SQ was wonderful.

 

 

New arrival, Genesis "The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway" brand new 2018 German (Optimal) pressing, Miles Showell half speed mastered reissue. I hadn't given this album enough credit in the past but really, it is an epic effort and a fitting last hurrah for the 'Gabriel era' of Genesis. Wonderful stuff.....and sounded superb.

New arrival, Joe Jackson "Beat Crazy" NM Dutch 1st pressing....fantastic recording as all JJ albums seem to be.

 

 

Another new arrival, Sky "Sky 2" 2 x LP, Oz 1st pressing.....first disc almost perfect, second disc far from it.....glue clean needed. Good album though.

 

 

Buzz Kull "Fascination" Czech pressing. Second time I've heard this on the new set up but first time with the F9 cart.....outstanding!

 

 

Synth pop heaven and SQ to die for, Thomas Dolby "The Flat Earth" Dutch 1st pressing.....just loving this album.
