byron1503559589 Posted August 9, 2004 Posted August 9, 2004 Is there one available? The one in the Sunday paper for channel 7 is the typical 3 to 7 hour blocks with just the events listed. It would be nice if they could narrow it down even down to say 1 hour blocks so you can record your favourite event? SBS seem to be able to give a fairly accurate timetable which is nice. Thanks Byron
DJY Posted August 15, 2004 Posted August 15, 2004 I also had trouble... none of the papers were specific enough... and neither I've found is the channel 7 site... I have a good solution that works well for me... Actual event timings I'm using are from one of two places... The official website for the games - but use the Schedule - Results links. You can view individual sports entire programs / by day / by gender etc etc - works well to find out what time for example individual swimming races are on. Also the local ABC have quite a good listing of the events program via their news pages... Click on the Program link to go to daily summaries.. then click on Full Day Events Schedule. This often then gives you be best guide as to what Ch 7 might be showing! I am finding that for different sports though that the Official Schedule - Results pages often prove most accurate... just add 7hrs for AEST.
Timmy Downawell Posted August 15, 2004 Posted August 15, 2004 Seven keeps promoting one of their magazines (New Idea - ?) as the source of an Olympic Programme.
