Tweet Posted May 5, 2005 Posted May 5, 2005 Whatever " 5 " is in Chinese it's probablly diabolical. My real name in numbers of letters is " 5 5 5 " C.M.
ijd Posted May 6, 2005 Posted May 6, 2005 ... I wonder what "5" means in Chinese?? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Mmmmmmmmm.
datvman Posted May 6, 2005 Posted May 6, 2005 Ah Peter Brock, a racing pionner. Great driver of great cars.
laurie Posted May 6, 2005 Posted May 6, 2005 Ah Peter Brock, a racing pionner. Great driver of great cars. Up until he got involved in that gadget that was installed in the engine bay and for the love of me I have totally forgotten what it was and what it was supposed to do! cheers laurie

Yeah - shot his credibility to pieces!
Digicruiser Posted May 6, 2005 Posted May 6, 2005 Maybe that polariser or whatever was filled up with High Octane 2600 proof! Maybe it shook the bad vibes away whilst driving.. I don't know...
Digicruiser Posted May 6, 2005 Posted May 6, 2005 I can just imagine him driving at 90 years of age! Need a poop bucket in the... Oh that's why they call it a bucket seat!!! Hmmm... A place to put his falsies in; a flexible metal vice to help him turn the wheel by moving his butt on the seat; special padding in his helmet so it doesn't rub against his bald head.....

Yeah - shot his credibility to pieces! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> ESPECIALLY when it was found out Ford had engineered it.
mello yello Posted May 6, 2005 Posted May 6, 2005 From The Book Of Revs Here is wisdom…... Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast (Holden HSV Commodore) for it is the number of THE man (Brocky); and his number is......... 5 5 5
Tweet Posted May 6, 2005 Posted May 6, 2005 Wasn't it a compacted neutron atom smasher for the sake releasing neutrino's to raise the energy levels of valence electrons to allow a faster oxidation of the fuel constituents and thus reduce the backfiring of gases escaping out of the exhaust. ? C.M

mello yello Posted May 6, 2005 Posted May 6, 2005 Blast !!! That was a wasted effort.C.M <{POST_SNAPBACK}> shouldave used the Wynns Spitfire mate
Foggy Posted May 6, 2005 Posted May 6, 2005 Nothing damaged his reputation as much as lending his name to a bunch of Lada's
Digicruiser Posted May 7, 2005 Posted May 7, 2005 Ah well that has passed for Brocky lad... Now he's installed the Gyro Rectum thruster, just to go a little faster than his car....
laurie Posted May 7, 2005 Posted May 7, 2005 Smitty21-05-2004, 08:58 AMJust a query: What is an Energy Polarizer and what was it supposed to do ? I know it didn't earn brownie points for Peter Brock.. geeeez ... a history lesson here.... the polarizer was developed by a 'doctor' called Eric Bowker who convinced Peter Perfect that the ORGONE ENERGY the polarizer used would smooth out all the harmonics a car develops when running and make it runs smoother and use less fuel and wear out the tyres and brakes less........ if it fitted correctly in the right spot facing the right way (which ever way that was....'coz they forgot a car moves... ) It was tested by Holdens over a period of time...and was found to have "no technical merit".... It was only ever fitted by (the then remains of) HDT as part of the Peter Perfect "Plus PAck" on the GrpA's.... but it (the Polarizer) was NOT the cause of the final split between Peter Brock (and HDT) and Holdens.. that was caused by Brock introducing the "Director" without approval from Holdens (who were unable to warranty the vehicle as they had not been given one to test) hth Taken from one of the Holden forums cheers laurie ps it appears if you find a car[Holden]fitted with one grab it it's worth a fortune just for the little box in the engine bay
Digicruiser Posted May 7, 2005 Posted May 7, 2005 Thanks for clearing that up - interesting <goes out and tests it on his VP Commodore>
Tweet Posted May 7, 2005 Posted May 7, 2005 Well I thought my compacted neutrino ellevated gas gussiler atom smasher with extended exhaust at least had some credibility in the innovatible add-ons of motor racing, and it patented too and available at K-Mart. C.M
Digicruiser Posted May 7, 2005 Posted May 7, 2005 Excellent! K-Mart is open tomorrow... What type of trailor do I need to carry this device? 18-wheeler type
Tweet Posted May 7, 2005 Posted May 7, 2005 No , It comes in assorted parts ,and you do need to assemble it yourself. Now there is a disclaimer on the packaging in the handling of fissionable material, namely to avoid 'critical mass' as it tends to get excited if it is tightly packed, but apart from that wear rubber gloves unless you wont ruin your lunch. C.M
laurie Posted May 7, 2005 Posted May 7, 2005 Found a picture of it it's the 6th photo down the page Photo cheers laurie
