bizarre dream

So I've decided to post this bizarre dream I had the other night, just for kicks

NOTE: I can't be held responsible for the content of this dream, for it is mostly a by-product of witnessing all the free-to-air TV crap that goes out

The first thing I can recall was seeing Jason Priestley, who in the dream was a space marine, boarding some kind of spaceship to go off and fight some war (possibly against aliens). Then Anthony Stewart Head appears (aka Giles from Buffy, the Prime Minister in Little Britain). For some reason he is a being who can journey through time (I think he's supposed to be a Time Lord), and knows what is about to happen to Priestley in the war. He tells Priestley that he knows what will happen in the war because he has been to the future and has already seen the outcome. But the Time Lord is conflicted because he doesn't want to ruin the natural order of things by telling Priestley how to win the war. Time Lord tries to give him vague clues without giving too much away, hoping that it won't be enough to disturb the natural order of events. Then he explains that something bad will happen if he tells too much about the future, because the timeline will be altered. The Time Lord says that if he tells too much about the future, it will be the same as if he is altering the universe himself, and this will result in him evolving into an "invulnerable" being. Then the Time Lord realises he's already told too much and spoiled the timeline and starts becoming this "invulnerable" being. He turns a pale white colour and begins shaking really violently and then goes completely psycho! Anthony Stewart Head now looks kind of evil and menacing and zooms towards Jason Priestley and in a split second rips his head clean off! And that's it.

Some explanations for this dream:

Jason Priestley - had just seen this actor in "Love and Death on Long Island" on SBS the previous night.

Anthony Steward Head - saw him on Rove Live last week, Very Little Britain

Time Lord idea - from Dr. Who

Plot explanation - last week's episode of Dr. Who, where Rose goes back in time and prevents the death of her father, drastically altering the timeline and causing a "wound" in space time. Some strange monsters appear to kill everyone to try and "sterilise" the wound in space time, hence Anthony Stewart killing Jason Priestley?

Also Back to the Future II was on last week.

War theme from real life?

Strange how all this stuff manages to funnel its way into your dreams.

I've been trying to perfect lucid dreaming as well but it's really hard. If anyone else has been able to lucid dream they'll know that it's the most awesome thing!

Dreamt about someone famous - Tina Turner in the early nineties, remember every little detail. It was a session one could never achieve in real life - Ah well, "I've had her" in a way... Whoa she was hot!!!
