stahc Posted February 3, 2006 Posted February 3, 2006 looking into the aapt phone and adsl bundle package. for what we need the price seems fine. just a bit gun shy about leaving the devil known as telstra again after out disastrous one tel experience. has anyone dealt with aapt?

Anyway, your best bet would be either read through a few of the threads here, or make a posting there... Those people would probably have a wealth of hands-on experience, compared to the amount of people here...
G M Fude Posted February 3, 2006 Posted February 3, 2006 I've only dealt with AAPT for mobile phones. They've been my provider since we went to GSM in Oz (gee, just how long ago was that? Even the Yanks have GSM now). There have been only one or two minor glitches in that time: e.g. changed to a new handset and the global roaming was set back to the default of 'Off'. Any issues have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. It wasn't even a major problem when the stupid office sheilas where I work didn't pay the bills for 6 months. I can't comment on the landline phone and ADSL bundle, but from personal experience I'd rate them as a good company to deal with. Hope this helps a bit! Steve

Those people would probably have a wealth of hands-on experience, compared to the amount of people here... thanks dave i have looked there and it was helpful. before i get blown up for not doing my research( which i have) i just wanted to get some opinions from people i trust here. yep one tel was a long time ago but it was a very nasty business..........bunch of idiots...........no wonder they're all going to do time.
