Jeez....you had me worried there. :D

In future could you sign your posts of with TTP (taking the p*ss), I can be a bit slow on the uptake but I would never admit it to anybody...... :P

Stickaround cooksta, there are some lads in these hallowed forums who will bring you up to speed - with only a little mercy shown :P

And no, I will not add TTP to any posts - that would be a recipe for RSI

I used hate those rosters - when we changed to 4 x 12 hrs - two days and two nites - it was a walk in the park

As one of those unfortunate people who gets to work night shift regularly I do check out whats happening on the forum during the wee hours.

What surprises me is the members who are awake at ungodly hours and posting on the forum.

So whats the story folks..... insomniac, working nightshift like me; addicted to the forum, forgot to turn the pc off, overdosed on caffiene (with some of the coffee makers fm's have that would have to be a real possibilty); got to get another fix of Mello or Aloyouis :P or the worst of all.....fell asleep at the wheel; you all should know how dangerous that is.

Prostate sufferer here and it literally is the wee hours for me :D

Bit of a tinkle then back to bed... :P

It is the fish oil that helps to regulate body functions.

It will improve one's eyesight over time also tinnitus is also reduced as well.

It is very easy to get run down these days and with the high level of food processing that transforms our diet from what was intended to a nutrient free 'filler', it is no wonder that we cannot sleep.

We are all slowly becoming disfunctional through unnatural lifestyles imposed on us by a materialistic world.

So whats the story folks....

Illness & isolation. Having a common interest in a 'hobby' helps forget both.
