clipper Posted April 15, 2007 Posted April 15, 2007 AV leads seem to be made up to 5 meters long. Am interested in possibilities of getting AV to a plasma tv mounted on wall with the stb, dvd, video, 5.1 located other side of room 8m away ( up wall cav, across roof cav, down wall cav)
OakenShield1 Posted April 15, 2007 Posted April 15, 2007 Selby Acoustics HT Custom Cables I needed around 12m, no problems with either of these two mobs from my experience
cyril Posted April 18, 2007 Posted April 18, 2007 10-15meters is not an issue either HD or SD. You do need to be wary of small wire size HDMI cables they seem to provide issues, other than that should be no probem. Sounds like John(JK200SK) can help out. Cyril
andy59 Posted May 5, 2007 Posted May 5, 2007 I have an AV Transmitter/Receiver which works just fine over 15m to the other end of the house. I couldn't get the remote control relay function to work but know of others who did.
