I have ordered plenty of vinyl from amazon (com and uk) - never had any damaged vinyl or covers. sometimes they use a biggish box with lots of airbags inside for good measure, and sometimes newspaper. In the end I have no complaints as the items made it here 100%.

BTW: I'm very impressed with ExclusiveDiscs packaging. never ordered vinyl from amazon, but have had 3 incidents of poor packaging with other discs have bought from them. at times its as poor as a single wrap of cardboard around the discs taped together with two ends open ! viera its good to hear vinyl is done more justice. am still nervous though .as vinyl can be expensive, more delicate and often rare limited edition pieces whih am still not sure I'd trust them on. to be fair on the occasions have had poor packaging and damage to discs amazon has been very good about it.

Suppose when I get a TT will just have to listen to my original 1976 77 ?? version in 33 1/3 which I still have. Hope it is not too worn out as I remember playing it a lot.

I have had a few BD missing because they did not have the ends glued . But I have bought so much stuff from amazon and if a order goes missing they will send a replacement out straight away. The Only reason that I do not like Vinyl is the dust and every time you play it the next time you play it will lose quality and over and over and over.

Re Amazons response to complaints: That's what everyone on Amazon says. Just notify them and a new one is sent without and arguments or hassles. My only concern there is that I would rather not have to go through that rigmarole.
