yes great song ... legendary and timeless (...rhythm and melody ...rhythm and melody...rhythm and melody...)

thats the thing with The Clash, they tried different things, experimented and especially with Sandinista, what should have been a flop of gargantuan proportions they turned into a huge critical success ... thats art ... and thats how brilliance works...rises to the top... nobody could pull off such an off-the-beaten track experiment like Sandinista and make it work ... except Strummer, Jones and the boys

I just ordered Sandinsta on ebay. I figure anyone who goes to the effort of writing 36 songs for 1 album deserves a good listen! That's just not done anymore.. 36 songs is 4 albums..

I know I've heard some of them before so should be good.

its full of surprises and departures, hopefully you will like some of the real gems that you might not have heard, it possibly right up there with White Album and other concept album classics, i love all the reggae-punk beats and then they will totally go about face and do a folksy upbeat uptempo with a guest vocalist

The singer is Tymon Dogg, an old friend of Joe Strummer.

but all of the lyrics are still punk ... just different beats of the same drum ;-)

WOWEEEE! Those kids are great. That drum sound is just like Alexs' and the guitar just like Eddies. Fantastic.

Yeah he's quite the prodigy, has heaps of covers on YT and has original stuff too.

Great tone, not exactly his own, but pretty much nailed the brown sound EVH has.

It's just great to see kids playing actual music with all the processed garbage out there today.

Absolutely agree!

Have you seen this chic, she plays some old school stuff too and she is amazing? Doesn't hurt that she is hot as to boot!
