Its actually an 8OHM driver once you fit the Genuine JBL C8R2245 Cone 2240G C4R2240 cone 2240H C8R2240 cone 2245H C8R2245 cone The C8R2245 cone has greater mass(and greater resistance) for greater Bass extension & linearity for Subwoofer & Studio Monitor duties, whereas the 2 2240 Cones are for Live Sound applications with less Bandwidth but very high SPL's Pictures: 2240GH.pdf 2245H.pdf Edited July 21, 2018 by SirJack
