It's always been the CD player I intended to keep forever, but it's not really compatible with my systems any more. TDA1541A S1 Single Crown DAC, with CDM-4 swing arm transport. Also has S/PDIF output. No remote, but a generic remote capable of Philips codes works fine. If you already have a Quad system, you're set.
