Spider27 Posted July 24, 2018 Posted July 24, 2018 Item: ELAC FS 207.2 Speakers (Pair) in premium Silver Shadow High Gloss Finish model Location: VIC 3030 Price: $730 Item Condition: GOOD Reason for selling: NLR Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal, COD Only Extra Info: Recently purchased this from SNA for my nearfield set up and found that it is better suited for someone who has some space towards rear-wall since it is rear-ported design. I have very limited space at the back behind desk so for me, front-ported or sealed speaker design is better for my setup hence letting this beauty go. Made in Germany and it sounds like German Car (very fast and detailed with JET ribbon tweeter). The Bass Driver is made of aluminium I believe and back of the driver is covered with wood pulp to minimise ringing. It is 10/10 working condition. Cosmetically, there are tape marks on top of speakers when I got it from previous owner and I believe that it can be removed but I did not bother. Speaker grill plastic outer ring tabs are damaged but still hold grill pin solidly without an issue. One bass driver has slight dent (as shown photo). Other than those minor cosmetic issues, it is excellent cosmetic condition and has great silver glossy finish that looks just gorgeous. I was that this silver glossy finish is premium version out of all of colour options. Comes with manual and all of accessories such as speaker spikes and por-bung.
