Jealous - Tony and I had a date scheduled for tonight - but I'm now in Isolation with flu symptoms and awaiting COVID results which will undoubtedly be negative as i haven't been anywhere and reside in COVID-free Melbourne .... but to be safe and sure ...

thank you @Marc, but gosh, i hope can get a swift negative test back in time- good move to be sure. otherwise hopefully tony can re-accomodate. Wish you well through this.

Great job ! looks fantastic cross SDR blu-ray 2D and 3D , and 4k HDR on my JVC N7. Very happy with the results !

Couldn't you isolate up the other end of the house ?

Stupid question, need the system to isolate with!

Had Tony in today for the LG OLed 55 CX.   One of life's gentlemen.   Excellent service plus a great education in all things AV.    I learnt plenty today and my TV image looks great to boot.

Generally about  100. I'm coming to Melbourne again early May, but am already booked out. 

 

I'll be organising another trip for June shortly, which may bring you closer to 100.

I’ve just spent an interesting afternoon with Tony O’Brein having my JVC N5 calibrated.

 

It’s a fascinating process and the end result is the most awesome PQ my PJ has ever had.

 

Tony is a great guy and explained the process as we went though.

 

I can’t wait to re watch all of my faves and I will post some pics as I do.

 

For anyone with a PJ this is a service well worth investing in.

I'm about 30 mins drive north up the Calder past @Marc's place.

Not surprising that Tony worked out his magic once again!

You can tell from the data, it is so clear that the colours were way out. Excellent.

That is a lot of fiddling for the average person like us.

 

Totally worth it.
