Na I’ll let someone who knows what they are talking about do that al.
But I will say, it bloody kills off my Epson.
The colors really pop and the blacks are really good.

Here’s a few pics with no settings at all yet....IMG_3002.jpgIMG_3005.jpgIMG_3006.jpgIMG_3009.jpg

Schweet!!!!!!!!!! Looking beautiful mate ☺️ I have no doubts it's superior to your old Epson, just like my DLA-N7 will lay the smack down on my ancient Sharpvision DLP ?

Ok little review....... wow this thing is big.
But bloody good.
Colors really stood out to my old Epson and the blacks looked great.
Messed around with a assassins creed which showed so much more detail, colors and little details I’ve never seen before.(Xbox x).
Then just checked out a few 4K movies..... coco, the matrix and planet earth.
Also a little YouTube streaming which I was pleasantly surprised.
I imagine for those getting the n7 will be very stoked as I am with my n5.
Well worth the wait, now I just waiting on my mount to get the beast up.
Also not sure if it was an oversight or they forgot but didn’t get a power cord with it ( got a us and euro plug).

wow massive. It looks like the NX series requires a slightly longer throw and unless I change my 100" screen I won't be able to fill it as my X35 is already mounted as far back as possible.

How much deeper is the NX compared to the X series?

Thanks. Hmm will be touch and go for me.

Is the lens shift the same as the X series?

Yes if I recall correctly ... I posted the spec a few pages back.  I was comparing dimensions, throw, shift and zoom and concluded an N5 should be a direct swap for me on a short throw of about 3 m

x35 to x7000 specs for optics throw vs zoom didn't change, can confirm too going from one to another.

there is only a slight difference vs the  n5/7 spec warroon you kindly posted :)

the nx9 would be perfect optics wise for my 110” setup lol. 100% vertical shift!!! And also is a shorter throw compared to the n5 and n7 and also my x35. Problem is the $$$ lol

watched any movies yet michael ? or waiting to mount it first [emoji4]

Not yet al. Just keep watching a few chapters of a few 4K disc at the moment and game a little.
Planet earth 2 is the most watched disc so far.

Just blown away how good this looks. I see why all you jvc boys always go on about them.
As much as I liked my Epson and it was my first projector, it really is a Pos compared to it.

Hopefully watch a few movies this week, but the mount is on its way.
Thanks
