Guest Posted May 27, 2015 Posted May 27, 2015 Managed to rip a Harvey Norman demo studio Hi Res album, 192k/24bit, cost me a 6 pack of beer. Author: London Electricity Album: Yikes Size on Disc:1.19 gig good album, used here as a reference as most systems won't cover the "20Hz to 20K" like they should, particularly with "Had a little fight" track If using vented enclosures tuned to above 30Hz, be careful.
Sentient Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 (edited) Does anyone have a preference for under-stated B-sides ? More and more, I find myself drawn to music found on Bsides of electronic vinyl releases. Here is an example. When I dont want to think, I just want to zone out and get in the groove to some late night listening, this fits that category. cafe67 Posted May 30, 2015 Posted May 30, 2015 (edited) 80's tinged chill out tonight Talk talk courtesy of @@candyflip Marsheaux courtesy of Undo records Can see why mark Hollis wasn't happy with the remix album, seem to have thrown in every production trick in the book , having said that, it is well recorded and not to loud at all. Record in excellent condition too Marsheaux haven't listened to yet, but have the MP3 playing in the car, and again nicely done production by Marsheaux and neat to record a complete album. Oh and in funky yellow vinyl too Edited May 30, 2015 by cafe67 2
