Further information:

I enjoyed these speakers very much in the last few years, great imaging and surprisingly deep and tight bass for the size. Cash on pickup from Coburg North.

Awesome entry level speakers and a bargain at $250 for someone starting out you can’t go wrong with these Andrew Jones designed bad boys.  I won’t sell mine amen i know I’m not the only one who uses these as a reference

Absutely, I am still on the fence about getting rid of them. I recently bought a mint pair of DCM time windows 1a and the bass is no where near as deep as with the Pioneer.  The DCM have an awesome non fatiguing and very musical sound about them, but you need a muscular amp behind. The Pioneer are not as difficult a load as the DCM, I found neutral to warm amps sound really good on them.  Cheers

Nice. Great mid range as well. Smooth imaging with vocals and classic rock with my 1980 Rega Rp2

Soon I’ll be setting mine up with my Primare I15 preamp.  Just waiting on Rega RP3 and Moon 110lp phono preamp. Sure they will sound good with the FS52s for now as still on the hunt for the perfect speakers to go with my setup. Well still on the hunt for money for the perfect speakers.

Id hold on to them man if you have the room to store them. You won’t replace them for the money and always good to have a backup pair even ran with longer wire for bbqs etc
