Need HELP on Toshiba Progressive Scan RPTV & DVD player

I used a "p" Superbit Crouch Tiger Hidden dragon DVD to test it.

Sharpness, both were the same, not much difference coz I was testing Pro-scan and Interlace on COMPONENT cables itself. And we all now component cables ENHANCE sharpness.

Graininess was gone in progressive mode(thank God), while in interlace mode, grains were everwhere, especially during close up face shots.

Colour, Interlace mode, the face had a more orangy colour. While in progressive mode, the face looks more natural with a pink shade(Zhang Ziyi). One side note however, is that the picture now looks softer than it was before in interlace mode.

I guess I have to accept the fact now that the 43A9UE does not accept PAL Progressive signal.. Anyone knows which DVDP outputs PAL progressive signals which the 43A9 accepts? Other than the Shinco 8700 with VGA port. Can't possibly change my TV now that I've just got it... Thanks in advance.
