@@The Fez just the pic, she was working.

Try the Moo Brew single hop that I linked to earlier, a very nice drop.

I must be over winter, am drifting away from the black stuff again but it's hard to find a nice naturally tasty lager I reckon.

Or I'm a snob. :D

Have you tried Coopers Artisan Reserve Lager? A very tasty unpastuerised pils, weighing in at 5.5%! Tastes like a 4% beer.

I have tried so many it's hard to remember but I don't think I have. Will give them a go tonight, thanks Mikksterr.

They were out of popularity by the time I was of drinking age. Had some for a larf one night - I reckon it's an underrated drop compared to much of the current standard swill on offer. Easy to see why it was so well liked (and also maligned) in its heyday

Yes, Reschs make good mainstream grog, usually why I go for in establishments where the choice is somewhat, umm, limited.

I have told quite a few judges just that. One or two have agreed.

Had a few last night, very nice, got a carton for $57 which I thought was pretty good.

Thought I'd try this because of the amusing label

I give it a big fat "meh"

No carb obviously = no flavour

Even Corona has more bite than that stuff.

Hmm.....that gives me an idea actually.....might stick some lime in it to spice it up a bit,

:)

My goodness this is a nice smooth drop. But I have to admit, after 7 or 8 one begins to feel a little tipsy.
