scuzzii Posted September 19, 2007 Posted September 19, 2007 Guys, I'm giving away my punching bag and stand (with weights to go on holders). Nothing wrong with it, has been undercover since I set it up. Just don't use it much now (go to the gym instead). Bag and stand are BBE brand. Free for pick up in Sydney (Hornsby) John

Waylander Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 Jump in the ring against someone throwing punches back and 2 minutes rounds have me close to vomitting by the end of each round. Must be the adrenaline or something I guess. Boxing is excellent exercise. More interesting than some forms of exercise as well. If I lived in Sydney I would have jumped at this opportunity on behalf of my mates boxing gym.

Bag work is only half the work of ring work. I never liked being hit. If your mate has a gym in Syd and Tai doesn't end up with the gear, your mate can come and pick it up.
