Recommend a Amplifier

Hi,

  I have a B&W 685 and Marantz CD6003, i am looking for a Amplifier, Integrated ba.

 

  I  mainly listen to pop, jazz, vocals.

 

  budget around 1k.

 

  And please advise how to go about selecting one, as most shops in Adelphi do not have B&W speakers.

You could try the marantz PM6003, which will match well with the CD6003.  ;D

 

And also, a good match with the B&W 685 too.

 

Save the $$$ to buy more CDs.

 

Or if you must spend more, the marantz PM-KI Pearl Lite amp seems like a good choice too. But not necessary to go so higher-end for the amp, I guess.

For the budget, you can get the 7004 already. Spend the leftover for decent cable/interconnect.
