jimi1624705950 Posted June 20, 2013 Posted June 20, 2013 Nice Setup! Am a big fan of the AG spkrs. Might want to consider upgrading your cabling tho, plus consider some isolation for the TT and put it further away from the sub or put it on the rack if possible. TT sensitive to vibration.
alastair.wong Posted June 20, 2013 Author Posted June 20, 2013 nice setup. remember to paint it all black to get the best picture especially if you are going the projector route. they dont call it a bat cave for nothing. enjoy yourself ;D already painted grey liao, have to live with it...defi enjoying myself. Thanks....

TT sensitive to vibration. the tt now siting on the Guizhu 2 tier rack, the sub is off when I listen to music. Should not affect not affect right? Unless you are referring to the sub of AG. Yeah man, I am aware of the many bottlenecks in my system...meanwhile I am still liveable with the sound, unless i backside itchy, go and hook up better cable, then siao liao...but defi will upgrade cable in time to come...still got many tweaks...and more $$ to be spent..sigh sigh :S
alastair.wong Posted June 20, 2013 Author Posted June 20, 2013 very nice setup.... It will be my turn soon, coming end of this year. Would like to learn from everyone here how to "do it once, do it right".... good luck n good fun....just remember most of the time you have to project manage closely, murphy's law always lurking round the corner.....
ks Posted June 20, 2013 Posted June 20, 2013 Hi, does your Diva Classic 3000 Pre have source selector for your analog and digital source?
alastair.wong Posted June 20, 2013 Author Posted June 20, 2013 Hi, does your Diva Classic 3000 Pre have source selector for your analog and digital source? the 3000 has 2 inputs, hence selector can be switched left to right. There is no segregation for analog or digital, either port will do. At least from what I know :)

I'm wondering if there can be more inputs for his design. i bought it stock with 2 ports. That was quite a while back when Steve from Sky Audio was still Diva's distributor. If you want more inputs, I guess you can ask TS. Given time and the right price, TS should be able to accommodate and build what you need.

Forgive the cable suggestion but it really makes a big difference. Your definition of what is liveable will change when you realise the difference :)

Your definition of what is liveable will change when you realise the difference :) Bro, I hear you on the cable suggestion... definitely.... I am just in a bit of self denial state at the moment, recuperating from reno injuries on the pocket Will get to it ( changing out cable) soon, inject myself with the next lethal dosage of *POISON* >>>======>

alf Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 Having the extra space made it much better to position all the equipment and with perspective drawing gave a visual idea on the possibility on how accurate it can be . As for the colour tone that is best for we don't want to arouse un happiness on the minister of home affair . It was lots of challenge doing it but the result was worth it .
hanzy Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 Hi TS, just wonder how does the quad l center sounds ? and what crossover freq you set? cos on paper the center freq response is from 110hz. it is strange.
