Can anyone tell me which engine this is ?

I think its a flat 4, but not certain as this is the only side I could see.

 

Brake rotors appear to be attached to the gearbox case

 

Any help is very appreciated

Well, there's a car I never knew existed.

 

(Youtube settings will let  you choose generated English subtitles)

Maybe Citroën?.

I think they had disc brakes like that.

I know where there are 2 for sale. plus a coventry climax engine.

 

Helping someone out with a deceased sale. The guy was an Engineer and building a car.

Yes, or a derivative of

 

 Fortunately not too many 4 cylinder flat engines...

That’s why its not in a car… most Alfas travel more Kms on tow trucks than under their own steam

Good on Jaguar. Having the guts to push boundaries (and in my opinion doing it more successfully than recent efforts by BMW).

Ditto, it's about time someone took the lead with something different, I'm not convinced everything that was shown today on the concept will make it into production even though it was a working prototype and the actual car has started durability testing
