ArthurDent Posted October 27, 2014 Posted October 27, 2014 (edited) Great work, Ken Thanks Russ and @@steve u Lucky shot of the woman in pink. We walked past her, I thought yeah I could make that work. Go to the end of the taxi stand, turned and took the photo. Edit: Whilst I always include the EXIF data I gone through my last few postings and added this as a byline as sometimes the settings are of interest. Edited October 27, 2014 by KenTripp

~Spyne~ Posted November 4, 2014 Posted November 4, 2014 Some car show today in Ballarat. Maybe just a club meet as there were only a couple of dozen people there, but they had a full mic and marquee set-up, were going into the M.A.D.E building for some short film and then presenting a cup and a few other trophies - I didn't stick around, just went for a wander as it's literally around the corner from my place and being out of work, I need something to fill in my day apart from looking for non-existant jobs around here! 5

Spearmint Posted November 5, 2014 Posted November 5, 2014 Nice sets KT! Looks like you've got the D750 under control
ArthurDent Posted November 5, 2014 Posted November 5, 2014 Nice sets KT! Looks like you've got the D750 under control Thanks Spearmint. Just about under control although I'm still getting used to having the freedom of using higher ISO's, not that I'm complaining about being able to do that. The only negative at the moment is that Adobe still haven't updated Lightroom so I'm having to edit the EXIF data in the NEF's and changing the model to D5300 so that Lightroom will open them. More or less got the import preset sorted so the pics look right but the lens corrections are out as it thinks it's using the central DX portion of the lens and not all of it.
