I would crop the grass out of that one and make a widescreen look. Very nice.

Nah it is what it is, a good honest photo!!

This is taken this morning from my drone at 500m high, 4km distance from me.

Nah, I specifically composed this shot to test sharpness front-to-back.

But here's one where I composed with just the reflection, although for some reason the sunstar isn't as sharp as I'd like (maybe because the sun is peeking out between two clouds):

I took an impromptu trip to Springbrook National Park today to check out Goomoolahra Falls, which I had never seen before. There's been some rain recently so the flow was good, and it's much more impressive than I thought:

When I took that pic above, this is actually the shot I was after, but this is a few hours after, but this here isn't a photo, but a screen capture of the video I took, Tidbinbilla Tracking Station, a few kms as the crow flies from my house, I was controlling the drone out the front.

@The Bluesman  Weird comment. He has already 'dishonestly' cropped out everything he could see except one little rectangle. How does the word 'honest' even apply??

Well have you seen his sharpened & Cropped one, I like the first one better, honestly!!

 Great picture.

I was there on Sunday to, went through mudgeeraba, got half way up before they had a road block sending us back the other way through advance town. How hard would it be to put a detour sign up in mudgeeraba.

I didnt venture down to the bottom of the falls, now I wont have to cause I have your photo to admire.

I always look at the national park alerts before heading up, so I knew that the road from Mudgeeraba was closed, and planned accordingly. There's been too many road and track closures over the years to risk a two-hour drive for nothing.

I prefer the first lake image (with the grass) as well, even if it seems to droop to the right. Might fix that ...

Discovered this little gem a few weeks back when cutting firewood. This dam is about 50m on the other side of our fence. The photo doesn't do the view justice, there are stunning rolling hills as far as the eye can see all the way to Barrington Tops in the background. A beautiful corner of our little home. Something nice about not canvassing every square inch of the place, no doubt we'll discover more beauty over the coming years.....longing to a decent camera....another phone shot

Some tough dudes looking out from the top of some falls.......not as impressive as lugging an old large format camera and tri pod around there.
