We've got used to it (being lucky, that is). I think it must be Mrs CE. When we were up there in 2009, we saw one just off the road in Mission Beach, and then a single female while on a tour in Daintree. Then in Feb this year, we saw one near Mossman Gorge and then these ones between Cape Trib and the icecream places as we were heading South.

 

If we go back up again, we'll see if Mrs CE can make us lucky again! She's the one who has the magpies eating out of her hand (see photos above - https://www.stereonet.com/forums/topic/512282-birds-wild-and-pets/?do=findComment&comment=5860809)
