Brissiephile Posted September 1, 2021 Posted September 1, 2021 Further information: Extra Info: I have a pair of Jamo Concert VII speakers for sale in very good condition. Miner blemishes in grills due to the age but nothing is visible unless you need to see them. They are very balanced speakers, and the bass goes down as low as 22 Hz which means you do not need a sub with these nearly a meter high towers. This is due to unique design; two 8-inch bass drivers are placed inside each chamber as can be seen in below picture. Concert VII won the "Loudspeaker of the Year" - CESA Sound & Image Awards 1989. I have tried several speakers and need to spend thousands to get to the performance of these speakers. Bass and overall sound at low to moderate volume is excellent in these speakers. The original metallic tweeters were replaced with fabric soft dome tweeters (SEAS), by Brisbane Speaker Repairs about years ago, as I like the sound of soft dome tweeters. New owner will get the original tweeters as well. They are functioning perfectly. All the other drivers are original and in excellent conditions. System: 3-way, double chamber bass reflex Woofer: 2 x 8" compound mounted Midrange: 167mm (6 1/2") Tweeter: 25mm (1") Rated Power: 200 W (300 W music) IEC Input Power: 80 W Operating Power: 6.3 W Frequency Range: 24-22,000 Hz Crossover Frequency: 150/4,000 Hz Impedance: 6 ohm Weight: 28 kg Dimensions (H x W x D): 920 x 286 x 313 mm 2

Fletch02 Posted September 3, 2021 Posted September 3, 2021 Sh*t! I should check what state they're in before I get exited about getting new speakers. These are beautiful speakers, and never seen the woodgrain finish before. Whoever buys them will be very happy. GLWTS

GLWTS They are very good speakers and one needs to spend over 3k to get a pair of similar sounding speakers imo. 1
