Further information:

Legendary McIntosh C22 III Reissue pre amp in near mint condition. I am the second owner with the first having purchased locally new approx 4 years ago. Very little use from me im afraid due to various personal reasons so reckon no more that about 40 hours total playback.

This pre does however sound fabulous containing a top quality MM & MC phono with on the fly front panel adjustments along with a slew of other user parameters not normally found on a modern preamp. Uses 6x 12AX7's for phono and output buffer stages and comes complete with remote and all original paperwork and packaging making shipping an easy option as well.

I have the same C22 pre plus 2x MC75's, beautifully matched and great sound.  I did a fair bit of research on the C22 and the consensus was upgrading the 12A7's, the option I took was the Genalex Gold Lion 12AT7 ECC81 / B739 Gold Pin, which i acquired from Evatco (great service).  To my ears was a nice improvement over the original Mc ones.

Wow! Awesome preamp at a giveaway price.
Hope you’re ignoring the low ballers mate.
