The Fez Posted May 5, 2013 Posted May 5, 2013 Over to guys...Here is one of mine. There are quite a few...But just based on looks alone. Might be mechanically challenged, but you know you would have it just on the styling alone... 1969 Maserati Ghibli.
davidsss Posted May 5, 2013 Posted May 5, 2013 (edited) I've always found this to be a bit ridiculous but still a stunning looking car: Bugatti Royale. Now, if you're going to put fins on a car, at least do it properly: 1959 Cadillac. Clearly not a large enough car to fit 4 doors. Love the Maserati above. DS Edited May 5, 2013 by davidsss
ehtcom Posted May 5, 2013 Posted May 5, 2013 (edited) Nearly 40 years old and still looking awesome Edited May 16, 2013 by ehtcom
Soundscape Posted May 5, 2013 Posted May 5, 2013 How about the best looking Volvo of all time, the P1800? 2
Soundscape Posted May 5, 2013 Posted May 5, 2013 E-Type Jaguar, hearse. I would say this car qualifies as being "very metal" So, who remembers Harold & Maude?
Guest Misterioso Posted May 5, 2013 Posted May 5, 2013 So, who remembers Harold & Maude? Well, who could forget this movie (and the car, of course)? Also had a great soundtrack. My vote goes to the stunning Bugatti 57 SC Atlantic Coupé. I had the pleasure to see Ralph Lauren's Atlantic in an exhibition in Paris.
shaky Posted May 5, 2013 Posted May 5, 2013 3 cars come straight to my mind. In no particular order: Ferrari Dino (is it a Ferrari?!) Lamborghini Miura Aston Martin DB4 (biased!) 1
Gee Emm Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 There are sooo many, but the one at the top of my very long list is... late 50s corvette Styling to die for. 2 seats, 4 gears, 8 cylinders, 1 grin & not a CPU in sight. https://www.google.com.au/search?um=1&newwindow=1&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-US%3Aofficial&hl=en&biw=1280&bih=891&tbm=isch&sa=1&q=%221959+covette%22&oq=%221959+covette%22&gs_l=img.3...4917.7660.0.9059.2.2.0.0.0.0.246.477.2-2.2.0...0.0...1c.1.12.img.tfQwbY7CuHE 1

The Fez Posted May 8, 2013 Author Posted May 8, 2013 Jaguar 420S - Always thought these are very nice...
davidsss Posted May 8, 2013 Posted May 8, 2013 E-Type Jaguar, hearse. I would say this car qualifies as being "very metal" So, who remembers Harold & Maude? Ooh yeah, great film. Wish I could find the soundtrack, 2 Cat Stevens tracks on there which aren't on any other album. Another contribution: A lovely Jag XK120. DS 1
