I bet that it would be fun to go through them soon. Some of them might even make it back into the general population . let me guess...the whole lot was a grand total of $9.99. Am i right..? 3

2Brix Posted December 9, 2023 Posted December 9, 2023 I've previewed a few songs of Vol 4 and i likey likey. I've been tempted by most of the Black Sabbath albums picked on SNL/FNL along the way...S/Titled, Paranoid, Masters of Reality, Live Evil...and now Vol 4. I'll have to revisit those during my Chrissy break and pick up one or 2 in the new year...all spent out for this month 3

Sun fading is no joke . 3

remurmur Posted December 9, 2023 Posted December 9, 2023 (edited) This album, their 4th, was where Black Sabbath really started to stretch out as musicians, introducing more melodic elements to their sound, and at times even a more proggy approach, something that really manifested itself on their follow-up Sabbath Bloody Sabbath. Recorded in LA, it was also their introduction to Cocaine, which was used heavily during the album sessions. The band wanted to call the album Snowblind in obvious homage, but Warner Brothers quickly nixed the idea. Indulgences aside, this album is a stone cold classic and one of my all-time favorites .
